On good UK diving days – and there more than you might think – you can have polished flat seas, ten to 15 metre visibility and your choice of the best wrecks and sealife right off our own shores. The only problem is convincing the sceptics just how good diving at home can be. In part, at least, this has something to do with the fact that many photos taken in the UK can often make the conditions look cold, dark and murky.
