Strange looks...

If there's one way to guarantee strange looks as a diver, it's emerging from a lake to see a shocked family feeding ducks stopping to stare. Excited comments about the size of the eel you just saw also help cement the effect of divers being a different breed.
This happened at the end of a dive down at Leybourne Lake in Kent last week. I'm not used to seeing non-divers when I come out of an inland dive site, but Leybourne Lake is surrounded by an excellent country park.
