Inland dive guides

As you will have seen from the last few issues, we have started doing our round-up of inland dive sites.

A couple of years ago we focused on the larger commercial sites, this time we've turned our attention to the smaller operations.

To this end, Martin and I have been travelling around the UK to try out these sites - and the discount vouchers in each issue invite you to do the same.

Yes, I know, some people ridicule inland dive sites and say they aren't 'proper diving', but if the British weather is not playing ball and allowing diving off the coast, at least getting wet somewhere is better than not diving at all.

Plus they are a good spot to get back up to dive fitness, check out your kit or try out new gear.

So even if you are a regular patron of your local inland site, why not try one of the six we are visiting - you never know, it might give you an alternative why you are waiting for that elusive first coastal dive!
